		<description>Typical of bureaucracy, the problem on Swiss Air wasn&#039;t the IFE but the flammable materials around it.  So all future IFEs must be rigorously tested but what is happening with the insulation materials that caught fire in the first place?</description>

I think what they intended to convey is that this is a touchy industry, rightly so, and that these guys have a product that helps bridge the gap between logical testing requirements and rapid deployment.</description>
