U-Verse is not available in Lake Forest. I have called them on several occasions and they have repeatedly confirmed it is not available for the 92630 zip code.

My issue – 3 weeks ago representatives from AT&T spent 30 minutes of my time asking all sorts of questions, on premise that “Uverse is available in Irvine, no matter what the internet or 800# says. We’ll schedule an evaluation of ‘your’ address to evaluate.”

3 weeks later – No appointment scheduled. When I called the customer service # of the ‘contract’, they couldn’t even look up the order. VERY discouraging. H

Argh! Why must the Irvine Company have their hands on every aspect of our lives?? I live in the Village at the Spectrum and was so excited about this service, but, of course, it’s not available to us. We so need an alternative to Cox. Their customer service is dismal, technology outdated and prices exorbitant!
