I wish TW VOIP service would offer all the extras that Vonage offers, i.e, a complete listing of all your incoming and out going phone calls; able to set the number of rings for call forwarding before VM answered and voice mail not charged as an extra service. In my opinion Vonage has a better VOIP service.

TWC sucks! Does anyone there speak English? Poor picture quality and more expensive than Direct TV and Dish Network with a lot less channels! Anything is better than TWC.

@Gadgetress : PowerBoost is currently only available to customers that have Road Runner Turbo, which is $10 more a month then the standard level of Road Runner that Time Warner Cable offers.

dg and jimmy have it right….customer service is ridiculous…sit on hold while they try to solve a problem that is never fully remedied. Oh yeah, and they typically have attitude problems…

Don’t worry, if you have any issues just call Time Warner and you can talk to someone in Buenos Aires (which is further away than Berlin but not as far as Cairo) who hasn’t got a clue what your problem is.

Power Boost seems like a good way to fudge benchmarking at places like speedtest.net. Someone will need to devise ‘real world’ download test to compare ISPs after this.
