Yeah. Good for radio shack. Maybe they can start selling their tradeins, too. They’re probably better than their house brands.

Consumers can also donate their old electronics to a non-profit organization via Recycling for Charities. { http://www.recyclingforcharities.com } They can receive a tax-deduction for their donation of old cell phones, iPods, PDA’s and digital Cameras and all donations can be made online and sent in the mail.

I’ve recently been to RadioShack here in Dallas, and they had the Trade-In program available there. I guess it’s not nationwide at this point

Check out http://www.ripmobile.com also – I got $50 for a 2-year old Treo a year or so back, credited to PayPal. (They give you slightly less if you choose cash over credits to spend in various places.)
