I've had static on my line since the outage a few weeks ago. I called TW about it twice. The first time it was repaired very quickly. Last week I was told that they were aware of the problem and it was being repaired. This week I didn't call. I noticed the static around 9PM. Between 6PM to 7PM I had no static but, a few times around 9PM had to use my cell phone because the static was so bad. I'm glad AT&T recently upgraded their system so I can get 3G reception inside my resident. I use to have to go outside to use my cell phone.
