The government’s $40 coupon program is tapped out, but there are still digital converter boxes out there for folks who need to get ready for the Feb. 17, 2009 switch to digital TV broadcasting. While the whole move may be postponed until June 12, you may as well get your box today if you don’t have one.

I did a quick search for boxes that are below $50 just to show that they do exist and there are plenty of them. Some of the sites also accept the $40 coupon.
