    so when trained technicians can’t help, turn to a generic page that has lists of unfollowable instructions for the most common problems, none of which apply to your computer anyway!

    For me, this was helpful for getting the basic how-to’s. Calling someone isn’t the same as using a step-to-step guide on a website that seems to know what we need. So I liked this tip it was very helpful. Thanks!
