I love the slam on the iFone advertisements. I never understood how being proud of a closed architecture technically challenged, but cute phone was a good thing.

The “there’s an app for this that and the other” always says to me in the Apple ads that the iFone does nothing unless you add apps, and that == money to me. no thanks.

Open source development in an ad campaign. that makes me want to get one.

I held out over the intro of the G1, maybe this one will be the one I jump onto.

Over the last two years, I debated getting an iPhone, except that I don’t like AT&T Wireless. I have been a Verizon Wireless subscriber for the last ten years. Looks like I’ll be getting the Droid instead.
