This is a total ripoff at $99 a month for service that rarely works and when it does your call is dropped in less than a minute. What a ripoff they are. I move to a new home in Laguna Niguel and found that Verizon does not provide coverage here. Just call Verizon Technical Support and submit a problem report. I switched from Sprint to Verizon over a year ago because all of my extended family were Verizon customers. Talking among ourselves was free. I did not know that when I moved to an area on the border of Santa Ana and Tustin that my cell reception would turn into a nightmare. I can't carry on a conversation from my home, not in one single room or even outside without a call dropping. Sometimes I can't even make a call. I believe the closest tower is in Irvine.
