		<description>You left out the OEM System Builder version of Windows 7. According to the large computer store off the 55, they are the full versions, but only allow a clean install (no upgrade).  The cost is $100, $140, $190 for Windows 7 Home Premium, Professional, and Ultimate.  The OEM System Builder is supposed to be only sold with a PC, but the store sells them stand alone without any requirement for a PC or hardware purchase.</description>
