I have a similar problem to the lost printer. Both the CD-rom and the CD and DVD/writers cannot be found. Physically ther are there, but the compuiter does not recognize them. The Device Manager shows them as anexclaimation mark in a yellow dot. Where did they go, and how can I get them back to working order?
Thanks,
Fred
