Time Warner Warner launches "Get Tough" campaign in Spanish with "CEDER" or "PONERSE FIRME"Time Warner Cable offered another reminder for customers today that cable prices continue to rise due to TV channels wanting more money for themselves.

On Monday, it launched its “Roll over or Get Tough” campaign in Spanish. Customers can either Ceder or Ponerse Firme!

As mentioned earlier, this isn’t necessarily a customer-first campaign. But it is one to spread the awareness that cable companies face rising costs and like consumers, seem to prefer to not raise prices. Others call the effort self-serving because the cable provider only wants public sympathy and is not seeking a real solution that puts consumers first.
