Where did that DirecTV channel go?

Heads up for DirecTV customers: Several groups of premium channels are moving to new numbers beginning today. The channels will move over the next six weeks and be completed by April 22.
When the channel moves, it will be available on the new channel and old channel for one week. After that, it will be available only on the new channel number. There will be a message directing viewers to the new channel number.
The following groups of channels are affected:
- Cinemax channels will start on Ch. 515 (currently ch. 512)
- Starz channels will start on Ch. 525 (currently ch. 518)
- Encore channels will start on Ch. 535 (currently ch. 526)
- SHOWTIME channels will start on Ch. 545 (currently ch. 537)
- HD Extra Pack channels will be consolidated into one channel range starting at Ch. 560

Here's a list of TV/mobile companies helping consumers one tweet at a time. 
Why move Smithsonian HD and CIHD to the 500 series??
Now when I surf ‘similar’ channels in the 200′s it’s missing and I need to go the 500′s (where the premiums are) to get at it.
Also stuffing an audio channel between my locals and the secondary 101 channel is annoying.
Actually both of these moves are sorta dumb!!!
Maybe DirecTV did the same thing as the air traffic controllers in NY did, and had a “bring you kid to work” day ………????
