Welcome to the Stump the PC Club page, a service from the North Orange County Computer Club and The Orange County Register’s Gadgetress. We attempt to answer computer questions from readers who are stumped themselves.
A new question is published every Tuesday (or Wednesday if we’re behind). The same question is published the following week in the newspaper.
Ask a question: Just e-mail thegadgetress@ocregister.com and put “Help Me” in the subject line. All questions will be forwarded to the PC Club. We can’t get to every question so if you haven’t seen your question addressed after a few months, feel free to ask again.
You can also have the question and answer delivered to you by signing up for the PC Club email.
