With hopes of boosting its online billing service, T-Mobile is appealing to the eco-conscious of its customers.
If you switch to paperless billing, T-Mobile will plant a tree as an Earth-friendly thank you. The company says it will plant a minimum of 150,000 trees on behalf of customers who make that move between now and Friday, April 25. If more than 150,000 customers go paperless, T-Mobile will match the number of customers who commit or have already committed to paperless billing.
Interested T-Mobile customers can sign up at my.t-mobile.com/plantatree. T-Mobile, in partnership with The Arbor Day Foundation, will plant a tree in damaged regions of Southern California and New Orleans where trees aren’t naturally growing on their own.
And if you’re already an Earth-friendly T-Mobile customer and switched eons ago, T-Mobile still wants to thank you. Just go to the same web site and hit the confirm button and the company will plant a tree for you, too.
